So excited...Don't judge!! / myLot

So, if you followed me last weekend, you know that my husband had given his 2 weeks notice at his job. It just wasn't for him..no hard feelings, no anything, he didn't enjoy getting up and going. We have worked hard and are at a point where I can support us financially. I love my job and love getting up in the morning to go to it. He plans to do everything around the house that I tried to keep up on during the weekends like cleaning, meal prep, groceries, etc.... Can you imagine what that means for my weekend time? In addition, he has some online stuff going that is being pretty successful at least for a start. I know people expressed a variety of opinions last week and I wasn't offended, but I was kind of surprised by the people that judged others doing what works in their home. So, please don't judge. This is what is going to work for us at this time.

I am surprised that he only had to give two weeks notice. One calendar month is usual where I come from.

Two weeks is very standard here. If you are state licensed and working somewhere, you generally give a month or face the chance of your license being revoked. Everyone else is generally 2 weeks.
