Hope she could prove that in a court of law otherwise it's libel. She is also partly shaming her huband and maybe herself if people starts comparing her picture to that of the mistress

Her husband would have diddled someone else if not her. Her best payback should have been to walk away with dignity like he was trash and not look back. She can be sued for humiliation. If she is in a state that a person can sue for adultery and she can prove it, she can sue him and her.
