So, I thought of watching this movie after a long time. Why?
Well, I remembered that the evergreen Bollywood actor Dev Anand, who might have already been nearing 70 when this movie was made, played a role not so typical of him.
Briefly the story is of a College Professor with a lovely family- wife, a son and a sister, who and his to-be brother-in-law - a Police inspector played by Sumit Sehgal get into confrontation with a Drug Smuggler and a very Powerful Person Sangram Singh (aka Sanga- played by Kiran Kumar).
They get him arrested for a drug deal, but Sangram Singh gets acquitted in the court owing to his political and money clout.
He takes revenge on Prof's family. His wife and son get killed and sister is teribly assaulted that she loses her senses and memory.
Prof. then with help of the Police Inspector, who resigns from service get three more people and form a "Lashkar" (A Fighting Group) to deal with the Drug Smuggler's empire.
There is a lot of action, and Professor keeps on shooting the villain's men one by one.
In the end, the smuggler is killed, but there is also a sad part in the ending(I would not reveal that!).
Overall, I would not say that this is an award winning movie, or very excellent but a good watch for action lovers. It also gives message for youth to stay away from drugs, and that however powerful one is, bad deeds are always punished.

@amirev777 yes I liked him a lot too. Some of his acting hand movements do seem a bit funny, but he was able to compensate that with his expressions and voice usage.
