Getting rid of water bags under our eyes

Woke up this morning with water bags under my eyes and giving a very ulgy looks LoL. Have you had this, how best can we get off our under eyes quickly?

Some people said that the reason of eye bag is due to lack of sleep, and the way to remove it is to have enough sleep, and some people hide it using make ups.

@Berrygal What do you mean by water bags under eyes? I understood it as a type of boils, I used to get the same in my childhood.

I have heard about placing cucumber slices over the eyes. But maybe it all has to do with cold compresses.
