Guess who got arrested again for violence againts women? Chris Brown again!

Few days ago I made a discussion about me seeing it on television news that he got arrested. Well he is arrested again but this time around not in America. Just one hour ago he got arrested for rape and drugs. He got detained at Paris.
American justice system always release this guy for some reason. I hope France will make a difference. This guy almost killed Rihanna, beat up more women he have relationship with includes female friends he is not romantic with.
Why is this guy always getting a pass? Seriously this is like my 5th discussion about him.

I stopped listening to his music after the Rhianna incident. I dealt with a man like that for 6 1/2 years and i cannot stand those types of guys
