Yassin Terou who is a native of Syria has this restaurant in Knoxville Tennessee called "Yasil's Falafel's House" that is a restaurant that is assisting employees of the federal government who are affected by the partial government shutdown by offering a free meal to those employees affected by the shutdown at this time.
The restaurant relies on donations from community restaurants to be able to feed the employees who are in need of a meal until they resume going back to work.
Yassin Terou who migrated to the U S in 2011 from his native Syria is doing this kind act to assist people in need at this time.
Now that is an act of kindness during a crisis.

It is nice of Yassin to open his heart to others in appreciation of being here.

That is my wish as well to work for us and not for their own interests.

I love hearing stories like this one! Jon Bon Jovi is doing the same at his restaurant! I read about it earlier!

It's payback and paying forward act. Very kind of Yassin Terou. May there be many like him!
