Crumpled clothes: Why society doesn't accept them?

I can't say that this is a problem in all parts of the world, but in several countries the wrinkled clothes are seen as sloth or laziness on the part of the wearer. A classic place to see this is in the work environment. if you arrive with crumpled clothes, quickly the highlight (and not for good reason) of the place will be you. Well... I can't understand how we are already in the year 2019 and society still doesn't accept it?

I usually doesn´t iron my clothes, they get ironed naturally. I can put on wrinkled clothes and by the end of the day, they end up without wrinkles. That saves me the work

Believe it or not, I don't own a flat iron. Also maybe because I don't buy clothes that requires ironing every time. I used to though back in college(over a decade ago) cause we had uniforms.

That is the point. Crumpled clothes are a sign of laziness but it's more about presenting an appearance. Often not all the time a slovenly appearance can indicate slovenly habits and ill kept home.

They are considered a sign of laziness. And they don't look good for many people.
