What can be done to solve Terrorism??

5 years after 911 the world is not the same. We hate to live in fear.We all love peace.But how to attained this peace??What is the root of terrorism???

Governments all over the world should order for shoot at sight to eliminate the terrorists. If any government supports the terrorism, economic sanctions should be made against that government.
