There is Nothing New Under the Sun and the World has Always Been Dangerous We Just Didn't Know About it Before

I just watched a video DebMitchell shared about superhero window washers at a children's hospital. Following that was a video by the mom of one of the killers in the Columbine shooting. She has spent years after the shootings researching out why her son did that and in recent years is now an advocate for Mental Health and Awareness not only in children but also in adults as well. The video is about fifteen minutes long, but it watching it could benefit all of us in our interactions with others. I decided to look see whether columbine was the first in mass shootings and discovered that school shootings began way back in 1840 when a student killed his teacher and there were other similar shootings through the years with student killing student, but mostly students killing teachers or teachers even killing students, or family members killing teachers. Even back in the more recent past of many of us older mylotters in the 1970's and 1980's there were already more incidents than I ever knew related to students killing several classmates and wounding others. I thought if anyone would want to check the list out I'd share the link for that one too.
