Is anyone watching The Masked Singer on FOX?
When I first saw the ads for it I thought it was a knock-off of The Voice. I didn't realize there were actually real celebrities under those masks. It's a pretty cool idea.
If you watch it, do you have any idea who some of these characters are? It has pretty much been confirmed that the Peacock is Donny Osmond because his sister let the cat out of the bag in an interview. Plus, listen to that singing voice. Very obvious.
I am hoping that the Rabbit is Donnie Wahlberg. That would throw his wife, Jenny McCarthy who is one of the judges, for a real loop. I do think it is a boy band singer but NOT Joey Fatone people. He's is much heavier in the gut than that guy, and shorter.
Margaret Cho threw me for a loop last night. Didn't see that one at all. And to think that she is on a tv show with one of the judges. That's hilarious.
And the Bee has got to be someone along the lines of Gladys Knight.
The Alien has me totally confused.
Anyone else have any ideas?

I've seen previews for it and I can get it on demand, but I don't watch the show. I've thought of watching an episode or two. I hope, whoever the celebs are, they aren't ones from the past two decades.

@ScribbledAdNauseum It's more like people you wouldn't expect to be able to sing, or forgotten that they have sung. You know how a lot of actors and comedians actually are pretty good singers. It's kind of like that. It's the athletes that throw you off. Though it's hard for me to say since I don't know who they all are yet. LOL!

@patgalca I guess they would. I say that I hope it's not current singers because I don't know that many of them. I don't listen to music that often anymore.

We kind of stumbled on it the night of the first episode. I was going to tell my husband to change the channel but there was nothing else on. Frankly, both girls were home and all four of us were hooked. We only missed the first act - The Peacock. Which is unfortunate. I would have liked to try and guess before I found the Marie Osmond interview on YouTube which was slated right under the Peacock's performance video on YouTube.
There are only a few contestants left so you better get on it... see if you can find it online and watch it from the first episode. They give clues as to the celebrity and the judges are trying to put all the clues together. It's quite interesting.
