My Peaceful Journey Into Nothingness

This year, I am really getting into finding my internal peace and I may have just scratched the surface. I have started meditating often and it feels so good. I slowly drift off into nothingness and the whole world is quiet. It is like the middle of the night where there is absolutely no movement. There are not any bright headlights in sight and I can just breathe. I breathe in deeply the warm white beam of positivity that fills my lungs and spreads throughout every cell of my body. My body starts to tingle, but I hold that beam of light and slowly exhale the black, smoky fog of worry, doubt, and negativity. I let my being feel the shift in energy and I flow with it only concentrating on breathe.I'm there. My peace, It feels so beautiful and at times, I never want to leave.

Good for you. Everyone could benefit from taking the time to meditate and breathe.
