In some day, you will feel your job is repeatitive. And you do not have more competitions than the young ones. When did you find out or feel that you were not irreplaceable? And what will you do or what have you ever done?

Anybody can be replaceable at work, it happens everywhere. However you can make a huge difference by always being a efficient, consistent, outgoing and well-educated at work and that might sure take you out of the replaceable people list. :)
