Some days i just want to relax

Ever have those days where you've been busy for so long and you simply want to relax? Even from money earning sites. I mean it can be so gruelling and overwhelming and you need to take a break and wind down. Yesterday I did just that. Spent the afternoon with a family friend and didn't once look at my phone. Talked ate good food, smoked a joint for the first time in my life, all legally of course. It was a lovely afternoon. Today is back to the daily grind. Having a cup of tea, the 4 loads of laundry, swagbucks, and taking care of my little Squirt while hubby and son are going to a church service. Oldest daughter still sleeping. Life is good.

LOL! I admit I love work kinda makes me feel more productive, but a nice day with friends every so often is lovely.

One of these day I'll probably go camping overnight just hubby and I. No phone, kids, just the 2 of us.

Even in each other's company doing knitting and sewing is relaxing for me. I sat at my friend's kitchen table with a small sewing project and chit chatted the whole time.

@Masihi This kind of manual projects like knitting or drawing can be very relaxing. I sometimes draw, I am not talented but I enjoy this activity.

I have felt the same way before. Even when myLotting there is a moment when I cannot write no more! ugh! It is important to take sometime to rest and recharge energy, right? Have a good Sunday!

Oh absolutely. I don't really post much on Saturdays I may scroll through other people's post and comment just to find out what's in other people's lives but doing actual earning? I got other days to "do the grind" lol

Sometimes it's hard to simply relax, I admit. I'm here bone tired and my mind is racing a mile a minute I always need something to do with my hands so I brought a small sewing projects to keep my hands busy yet I can relax and talk at the same time. It wasn't hard to not peek at my phone I admit.
