I think, depending upon the risk appetite of the investor/entrepreneur, the top 4 investment strategies are: 1. You withdraw your profits everyday. This is stable, safe and reliable way to earn, but may not be very efficient in terms of making money on long term basis. 2. You withdraw some part of the profit and reinvest the remaining. The ideal ratio is to withdraw 30% and reinvest 70%. 3. For the aggresive investors, the strategy adopted is to reinvest entire amount of profit everyday in the business. In this way your profit increases in progression everyday due to compounding effect. 4. Investing for long term - if you don't need money right now or tomorrow, the best way to earn much more is to invest in long-term projects. What are your views?
