16:8 Intermittent Fasting... Anyone Else?

Does anyone else Intermittent Fast? My husband and I do 16:8 which means we are on fast for 16 hours a day and our eating window is 8 hours! We do our window from 11AM-7PM due to my lunch schedule at work, but it's flexible. You can also start with less hours of fast and more hours in your eating window. What I like about it is that it's easy and there's no counting or tracking. You try to eat good, whole foods for the most part during the window, drink lots of water and other 0 calorie beverages and live life! I hate to count, track, pre-plan...My doctor used this plan herself and has had great success. If not IF, what do you do to stay healthy?

Since I don't get hungry during the day, I usually eat fro 3-9 PM.

I usually follow the same plan, and it works well.. and for my health try to most times eat organic fruits and veggies and other foods, and food supplements from Neolife.com - as they are all food too..

Intermittent Fasting is one of those that I am trying to do right now. I am participating in a local competition about losing weight, btw... it's been a helpful tool to lessen my food intake

I usually eat clan, drink a lot of water and do exercies.
