It’s been a long time since I’ve written anything on mylot. I’ve been very busy. Usually I’m working. If I’m not working, I’m donating plasma twice a week for extra money. If I’m not working or donating plasma, then I’m spending time with my kids, at church or sleeping.
It is what it is. Last night, I attended the Cher concert in Charlotte. It was amazing. Almost a sold out show. I scored my ticket fairly cheap using the Gametime app. I spent just $51. She performed so many of her hits and she also did some of ABBA’s hits since she just starred in Mama Mia 2 last year which features ABBA songs.
It was a full house and her grand finale for the night was her hit Believe. Since I was all the way at the very top row, I couldn’t get very good pictures, but it was such an awesome performance that I don’t even care.

That's so awesome, and I'm really glad you had a great time. :)
I've been to several concerts, and of course, NKOTB's concerts are my favorite. But I think their shows tie with the Meat Loaf concert I attended with my family in 1996.

My very first concert was Jars of Clay at Irving Plaza in NYC. It’s a standing room only venue, but man, it was great.

@acrogodess Sometimes the ones with standing room are the best ones, though I'm grateful to have seats these days lol. I'm glad you enjoyed it!

I am glad you got to see Cher. Yes, I was at a concert a very very long time ago. I cannot remember which one.

Free music concerts are very nice. During the summer people come to perform in Israel.

Concerts are great fun. I used to live in a town that hosted free concerts once a week during the summer. I got to see several performers I liked then. Many times it was cover bands, but a few times it was acts like the Ginblossoms, Boyz II Men and some other class acts

Now that would be a nice concert to attend. I have attended quite a few concerts in my time. Many of the groups are smaller but it was Fun. Even got to meet the singers a couple of times when I went. One memorable one would be for me The Righteous Brothers and The Smothers Brothers in Concert, Back when all of them were alive and performing together

Oh wow what an awesome concert that would have been. I love Cher. She is such an amazing performer and at her age she is still an awesome artist.

The last concert I attended before this was Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias at Madison Square Gardens. I got the tickets free though in a raffle.
