How many hours of sleep is good for your body

I don't joke with my sleep but its good to always draw the line between being lazy and sleeping to optimize good health. How many hours of sleep can we achieve maximum wellbeing

@augusta123 No time for oversleeping. I feel sleepy in office at times so I said that way.

I'm someone who doesn't sleep a lot as I see that as a waste of time. I don't nap during the day because I feel that I've wasted too much time when I do. I don't get much sleep during the night and my Apple Watch tells me so too. So it's not how many hours I sleep actually that would be good for my body but how long do I get a deep sleep.

@augusta123 Yes, because it's when your body gets well rested. Have you ever noticed sleeping for 8 hours or even more but still woke up tired?
