What do you think of skipping meals?

I've heard all kinds of excuses from people who often skip meals. Honestly, I don't think these people realize how dangerous it is to their health.
No matter what the "benefits" (is there any?
) they think skipping meals can bring... The end is always a bad thing.
Silly people.

I personally don’t like choicing to skip a meal but a lot of times it’s because we don’t have enough food and I rather my kids eat the me. They need a fully Time more then I do. Also some times I get busy as a mom if my husband isn’t around because he is at work so I typically eat after the kids go to bed or after they go to school. I try to remember to eat something even if it’s just toast.

Skipping a meal it's not a good choice (even when it's "necessary").

@WiseGhots yes I know that lots of people not that. When your a parent and your kid is hungry wouldn’t you rather give them what you have then make them suffer. This is what parents do. You can say all you want you shouldn’t do this or that but until your poor and have a child that needs to eat you would do anything you would give up anything for them even your own food.

I skip a meal because it is too late in the day then I do not eat. I also skip if not hungry and just eat a little of something or just drink.

I skip breakfast because I intermittently fast for 16 hours each night! It was my doctor that recommended I do so and it has helped me a great deal. It is well researched and monitored, so I don't feel at any risk doing it.

Some people skip meals because of their work commitments, some for religious reasons and others in the hope of losing weight.I think quite a few people could do with skipping a few meals now and again.

I hate skipping meals because I suffer the consequence.
