Trump's Attempt at yet another gift to Russian Oligarchs

I don't think he's going to get his stupid border barrier, but I was so amazed that Trump has the audacity to act like he's giving something up by agreeing to a steel fence rather than a concrete wall at the border.
EVRAZ steel is one of the largest steel producers on Earth. It is owned and controlled by Russian Oligarchs. https://www.evraz.com/
EVRAZ has a steel mill in Pueblo, CO, about 400 miles north of the US/Mexico border. It is the nearest mill to the border where Trump wants his wall.
This mill produces rails of all sorts, and would do well making the fence slats Trump speaks of. EVRAZ wants to spend $480 Million bucks enhancing the steel mill in Pueblo.
The wall is all they need to pay for the modifications, and make another tidy profit from Trump's desparation.
I'd wager that last time Putin gave instructions to Trump in Argentina, he made sure Trump would find a way for the U.S. to buy a bunch of EVRAZ steel.

Now that's something I hadn't thought of - I wouldn't put it past him!
I don`t think Trump has done anything during his time in the White House that would disadvantage him, his family or his businesses in any way at all - such as maybe agreeing to cut carbon emissions, for example. I`m sure that he would jump at the chance to make a few extra millions for the Trump Empire.
