Have you tried losing weight?

For me it's hard to lose weight,, I can't avoid dieting,.but I did for having good health.

More on fruits and vegetables on table, then minimI've eating food lots of carbs,,, Then regular exercise ??

I have dieted and lost lots of weight .. But the thing that helped me more was walking every day .. I did cut back on sugars and condiments and ate almost everything plain . but now all i do is walk and i keep the weight off ..

That's good.i try to be fit eating healthy .I don't follow special diet though ..I dance well..as this a good form of excercise
