Do you include beans and other legumes in your daily diet?

Beans and other legumes like chickpeas, kidney beans, black beans, soybeans, peanuts, and pulses are considered to be healthy food not only because they are a good source of dietary fibre, but are rich sources of protein too. Moreover, they also help in promoting weight loss. Do you include these in your daily diet? How do you like to eat these?

I like to eat brown beans and corn bread.. We call then soup beans .. I like beans and rice. I use kidney beans in my homemade chili .. I like refried beans and beef and bean burritos.. I try to eat as many beans as i can you are right they are good for you..

We include pulses like chana dal in our daily diet..
