Boring neighbors: Do you have any?

They are always around (at least in most places) and they have as one of their main characteristics, the bummer. Oh, God... 
As a "rule", it seems that there is always something very close to us. Are you a lucky person who hasn't (or never had) a neighbor like that?

@WiseGhots i think the lady is sick or has a mental problem and her 2 grown children give her a hard time. Every night she yells at them " get out of my house"

Wha? I am the boring neighbor!!!!!
I live on the "veteran corner." The neighbors across the street are veterans (two Navy, one Army, one Marine), the guy next to me is an Air Force veteran, and of course I'm also a Navy vet. We're all middle-aged and some of us are disabled, so we have no choice but to be boring. 
I'm not the nosy neighbor, though, or the one who sees a sunny day and tries to rain on it.

@WiseGhots -- as I get older I find boring is more exciting. I sowed my wild oats when I was young enough to enjoy it.
