My daughter is 4 months old and until now she is fully breastfed. It really promotes the mother and child bonding. It also helps me to lose my weight because even I eat a lot I do not gain any weight. Also, my daughter is very healthy. She does not easily get any coughs and colds even her siblings are having it. In addition to this, it is free and available anytime. It is very convenient for me!
