neck pain relief

what can I do with my neck there's too much pain right now. I don't know what's the reason maybe because it's been 2days since I started feeling sick. I already put some patches but I don't know if this will work, I have a slight caugh and I can feel that I will be getting a fever. Its so hard to move

I found that alternating between a cold pack and a heating pad worked for me.

Put oil around your neck and wrap it with cloth.

I'd consult a doctor and not the myLot community. I wouldn't trust tele-diagnoses. As long as you haven't got a fever, you can go to the doctor's. If you have a fever, go to bed and call a doctor to come to you.

it was already midnight when i posted this discussion no doctors available within our place and besides seeing a doctor is the last option for me.. its not an emergency and a severe one so my 1st option is home remedy

They also have massage pillows!! For cough try some lemonade my number one recommendation that has working for a lot of people!!! You may have to pay the doctor a visit!!!

visiting the doctor is the least option for me, i really dont want going to hospitals or clinics... lemonade is one of my favorites

There is an oiintment called volini. I always apply it on my affected body parts to get rid of my pain. Try it out. It actually works
