On Reaching a Mylot Milestone.

I was thrilled early on, this morning, when I logged in to check for messages and notifications. A few likes on my comments, and again, I was grateful that somehow, someone liked what I said. That is important to me. Mylot is not for the money. Mylot is for the message, as far as I am concerned, What I noticed though was the number of discussions I had written, a few more posts short of the 'K' mark. Wow, I was ecstatic! Milestone came to mind. So I scrolled as fast as I can, checking on my maiden blogs, stopping a few times, like when I saw my post on Ryan Reynolds' The Proposal that rendered no response. I re-watched the decade-old comedy on netflix and I said exactly the same comment to my daughters. Geez, I thought, I think I was pretty consistent with my beliefs and principles. That is a good thing, I thought, because for all the flaws in my person, I think I know my convictions pretty well, and stand by it. I am super grateful to Mylot, the blogs were meant for discussions and earning the needed dough, but for this mylotter, this has become a record of my life, my musings, my take on the ordinary and the not so ordinary fleeting things. Betcha, re-reading the past renders yesteryears far from fleeting. Suffice it to say I am proud of each post. Yehey.

True, it's a walk down memory lane. But I just realized that today. Without Mylot, I could have forgotten so many tiny moments. Believe me, my memory bank did not install it all.

@yoalldudes Just like "The Notebook." I should have kept my diaries. Years back, I reread my entries and didn't like the ugly episodes of my life, so I rid off the notebooks. Not that I was ashamed of my experiences, but well, those ugly things belong to the delete choice. I'd rather remember the good ones. My mylot entries are not all good, but all are worth reminiscing. Way to go with your journals, and from this day on, may you enter beautiful experiences worth reading in old age.
