I have to start thinking about getting ready for work here pretty soon. I don't actually have to leave for another hour, but I need to pack my work bag, find my headphones for the ride to and from work, and then make sure my shirt dried out completely from the dishwashing explosion/adventure from last night. But while I am putting off doing all those things I of course have a movie in.
I watched The Fault in Our Stars earlier and when I went and plugged my phone in a few minutes ago I put another movie on. It is more just background noise, although I am half paying attention to it.
What am I watching, you may ask? Pixels. The Adam Sandler and Kevin James movie that was like most of his recent movies, a flop. However, I find it pretty funny. Partially because I am a Adam Sandler fan (although that is new. I used to not like him at all) and partially because I am a video game nerd.
Have you seen this movie?
Directed by Chris Columbus. With Adam Sandler, Kevin James, Michelle Monaghan, Peter Dinklage. When aliens misinterpret video feeds of classic arcade games as a declaration of war, they attack the Earth in the form of the video games.

The only Adam Sandler movies I have seen are The Waterboy, Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore.

That's sad. You would probably like Spanglish. It has Tea Leoni in it and uhhhhh. I can't remember the other famous actress but it was good. Mr Deeds is good too,it has Winona Ryder in it.

@thislittlepennyearns I am not into comedies. Different tastes for different people. The best thing he did was The Hanukkah Song.

@JohnRoberts His Saturday night live stuff was pretty good. I am excited for that dvd to get here. I like him. I know he isn't for everyone. I also didn't used to like Jim Carrey, but there are several movies now that I actually do like. Yes Man and Mr Poppers Penguins.
