Cable TV

UGH!!!!!! Cable TV is so expensive! I had my cable subscription put on hold for a few months and I was told by the company that I could continue it or do it again at any time. So I tried to do it again and was told that it would go into effect the next day. 
Two days later I called the cable company to ask another question and I mentioned I have my TV services on hold, I have my wifi on and the clerk told me that he didn't know what I was talking about because my TV services were not on hold, that it was not possible for me to put my account on hold!
I said that I was told two days ago it was to be put on hold, therefore I didn't turn my TV on, so I want a credit for two days. He told me that he could only give me credit if I had called and told them my TV was not working. 
Well DUH!
If I thought my TV was on hold then why would I think something was wrong with my TV,lol! So after argueing with him, I got the credit.

@dfollin there was a channel..i think it was called fumo-all sports.i watched the super bowl on it.

I would have them look in your account and see who it was that you talked to the day before. I would be pretty disgusted over it. Makes you wonder which person is right. I cancelled my cable about 13 years ago. About a year ago I signed up for Netflix and this month I also have Amazon prime.

Yes, I asked and they said it was noted there and also shows where he removed it too. Yes I have Prime, Netflix, Hulu and I got Amazon Fire Stick too last week. My only problem is that I am a huge Baltimore Orioles baseball fan and the only way that I can watch the games is via cable.

For reasons like the expense I never got Cable TV and I do not watch TV. What I can see on the Internet, my videos and DVDs is enough for me. Hope you get the deal.
