Daughter not feeling well!

Guys from past fw days my kid is not feeling well. Last night she could not sleep. She has this cough and cold. Due to winter she is sneezing and couldn't sleep.
I generally feel bad when my family is not well.
Do you have some suggestions for her. She has dry cough. The problem is she is only 2 years now. I cannot give her any medicine whatsoever.

She is too young to be given any medication without doctors check up. Steaming is very effective for congestion. Also you can give her ginger juice mixed in honey. That helps. These I tried with my daughters when they were of that age.

Dry cough she need a cool humidifier, it’ll make the air in her room wetter which is what she needs. If it starts to sound like a seal don’t freak it’s just a croup and you probably need a Nebulizer with cold water. You can give her cold water to drink the cold suppresses dry coughs.
You can also give Tylenol or motrin she isn’t too young for Allegheny meds liek Benidrle it’ll make her sleepy but should help her sleep better till she gets over the hill of a cold. No cough meds till age 5. They do have all natural like Hylands or Zee Bee Hat you can giver and it doesn’t help with colds. Since it’s natural you can give it to her.
