Does anyone know why the links in Neterminator and Ciazo are all declined?

If you are running Ougo and are using Neterminator and Ciazo rotators, you will know what I am referring to. All my links after running them for over a month have been declined. I have only a few in Svior and Chounka that are still approved, other than that they all are declined.

That happened to me also after a day it started workinig correctly. I did send several contact me messages to the admin. and since then everything is working fine again
