Best Browser for Windows Vista?

I'm stuck on a 'Windows Vista machine' (i.e. don't have the Windows 10 OS to load on it), so I searched for "best browser for Windows Vista" and found ...
... an article that suggests Torch & MaxThon (which I'm trying out right now, mostly because the Baidu browser I was using (which I think the article doesn't even MENTION) isn't responding).
Are you trying any of those? Any advice (particularly on 'how to get these Counterflix-ads to keep from popping up

You need best browsers for windows 8 PC 7 /xp /vista PC to surf internet from your computer. Choosing a best browser is not such an easy task as you think

@Aquitaine24 The one I'm liking right now is Maxthon, from a company based in China.
