This is the sky on February 13, 2019 near Capitol Toyota at Capitol Expressway Auto Mall in San Jose.It was a rainy day but not too rainy.The sky was overcast,and light rain and wind.It is somewhat warm here..I saw a rainbow as I was walking by the auto mall.Can you see in this photograph?It may be a little gard to see.At any rate the clouds look dramatic.This is supposed to be an atmosphrtr ic river.

The direction of the sun perhaps mmakes it hard to see at first.

I zoom it out but I can't see the rainbow yet. Perhaps I need to check my eyesight

It is on the right side of the picture;it blends with the sky a lot.

@Aquitaine24 The sky looks like any time something will happen and I would not want to be out in it. I do not know how anyone could see anything with that sky the color it is.

It is hxard to see but I saw it.It is now 12 hours later and yes it is rainng hard.
