Bill Moen who is the Camden County Freeholder is one person who shows care for the members of the armed forces by donating 500 wedding dresses that were donated by the a local realty company. The project "Salute To The Dress" gave away 500 wedding dresses for the purpose of having brides have their weddings and vow renewals.
