First off I’m not going to post a picture of yest infection because there is many kinds of where you can get it. Let me tell you I started to get one in my girl area which is a very common places for ladies to get this issues. Another area is your mouth this is know as thrush which is common for babies typical when they first learning how to feed from a breast or bottle. Third most common is the tushy. So just think of any places that is darn, can be warming and could possible be wet. Bacteria likes those factors and yest is a bacteria. Now your thinking wait isn’t yest in breast and in yogurt yes they are. But those yest are actually good for you. In general yest is great for you but too much can cause you issues and make and infections. Like I said I had been getting on in my girl area. Not to pleasant because it itches and burns. So last night I had enough. Some times they cleaned up on there own and other times you need to get something or see a doctor. I was hitting my threshold of I can just deal without any medical need. Nope I caved I went digging through our medical supplies. Thankful I found some cream that I got from the store last year. It’s still good I checked first. I only applied once and feel much better this morning. Now there as home redemedies that work but j don’t always have those on hand. If it doenst help then you should see a doctor. I’m glad mine is cleanring up. I have a slight diet change so that throw my PH hormone levels off. Being a female is some times hard.
