Feel like the 7 Dwarf's Sleepy!! So sleepy these days people ask if I am drunk!! Ever been so sleepy you felt like you were drunk!! What are some tips to get energized and wake up??!!!!

Im with you i feel the same way ..i over slept this morning i was so sleepy i just could not get up .but when i do i open my blinds and hope i see sunshine that helps and i drink my morning soda that helps and then i get online and that helps for me to.stay awake Maybe get some food will help.too.. The smell of breakfast or coffee ..or go outdoors let the air hit ya

I'm out the house everyday!!! But I will try to jog up the street about half a block!!! Thank U!!! Trying to wake up without coffee!!!
