So I've been hearing about "Transgender" and I couldn't help but wonder why some people change their gender, is it because of pressure?, love and desire to be on the other side?, to gain respect or attention?, or is it for sheer popularity?.. I really can't get it. Sooooo... I would really love us to share what each one loves and dislikes about being a male/female and lets see if we could get some people to appreciate themselves, seeing more advantages in just being what you are and stick to it with pride. You can also tell us what you feel about "Transgender". I guess I'm required to start from me, sooo.. here goes nothing, I'm a female and proud to be but I'll like to start with my dislike, what I dislike the most about being a lady is the underestimation we get, like being on skirt means there are certain things I can't do? It's crazy, well, so about what I like, hmmm, I really like the fact that it's not in our place to do the asking out, lol, I love the pride being a female comes with, there's no reason I'lld want to trade that. So lets here what you think, we're eager to

I love being a man, i love my gender, but I can't stand all the body hair growing up uncontrollably I just dislike that feature of being man. Regarding the transgender topic, I do support them, every human being is free to choose whether they wanna be man or woman.

I can't speak from experience regarding why some people choose to identify with the opposite gender to that which they were recorded as being at birth but I don't believe that any of the reasons you give are factors in their choices. I believe that the main reason is a deep inner feeling that a person has which makes them want to identify as a particular gender. All of us are actually a mixture of both male and female and, usually, one or the other predominates in our way of thinking and, so, in the gender we think of ourselves as being. Normally, of course, this is the same as the gender we actually are but occasionally some people have a very deep feeling that they are a female trapped in a male body or vice versa. I don't believe that this is a 'new' thing at all. It is simply that it has now become a little more acceptable to recognise and express one's inner feelings than it was before. The reasons you give for liking and disliking being female are really a function of outside, social mores and have little to do with the way that you identify yourself as female. The things which are 'socially acceptable' for females (and for men) will depend a great deal on the society you grew up in and live in. In some societies it is now quite acceptable for women to 'do the asking' and it is certainly becoming less of a hindrance than it was to be born a girl.

The issue about gender, transgender, LGBT and homosexuality, and gender equality seems to be getting on every corner of the world online and offline. I've seen a lot of people and news about it... As much as I want to comment about it according to what I have believed in from the start, I don't want to get into a dilemma just because I made a negative comment about their belief. So, yeah, a big box of worms, it is. For me, the issue is kind of annoying already since it's like a contradiction to what I believe in so I'll just have to turn the other cheek
