The STUDENTS are PARROTS...Seriously?!?

It was a long day to deal with my online students today. Most students who booked are slow learners. I am sure that you are wondering why they resemble as parrots. For the reason that they tend to do 'parroting.' 'Parroting' is best described as repeating the teacher's words. It means they cannot make their own complete sentences while having classes online. They just simply imitate you. Thus, they are echoing all your words or sentences like parrots.
I must say that it is so exhausting to teach them. Don't get me wrong for not handling them well. I can manage it. Perhaps I am trying to find some new methodologies from the members.
"Can you handle parroting?"
"How to teach this kind of student?"
"Any suggestions?"

@Shavkat Yes. It's really impressive (in a bad way) how they seem only to learn by that method.
