Chocolate is a gift from nature, is one of the delights that make us happy, but not only for its good taste, but also produces a direct effect on our brain, a pleasant similar to when people fall in love. That's why you eat chocolate, enjoy it, share it.

Dark chocolate also gives you iron, 100 gr chocolate you get 6 or 8 mg iron, so not only it is delicious it is healthy too

I like milk chocolate and mostly eat it because my body needs it. There is caffeine in chocolate which is good for when I have headaches but I mostly want chocolate when my cycle starts.

I like chocolate, I like all sweets, drinks and foods that contain cocoa. Now, with the socioeconomic situation of the country, the pleasure of eating chocolates has been reduced to a minimum expression. Currently, I usually consume handmade chocolate with cocoa from the region.

Dark chocolate coz it doesn't contain additives that would otherwise defeat the purpose of chocolate being healthy.
