Does anyone like sushi?It is from Japan and is raw fish,sometimes cooked salads, on a rice oll.They vary widely.Some have hot pepper in them,but that is not the rule,Sashimi is also popular.Popular, ingredients include,tuna,salmon,mackerel,squid,eel,and vegetarian.San Jose has a Japantown and there are sushi places there.
