Another workout in the books

I just got back from a back workout. It's been a couple days since my last workout so I really felt rested and ready to go. But I have to hold myself back a little bit or I'll end up so sore I can workout for a couple days. My normal cycle is chest, back, arms, legs, and then a day full of cardio. Care to share your workout tips?

Mine is very similar to yours, except I do cardio every day.

@DianneN - I'm going to start hitting the cardio harder. I have an elliptical machine on my back patio that I used to get on quite a bit. I've slacked off for a while but now it's time to get going again.

@Beaser After just reading what you told me in my last post, it would be the best thing for you. Even my fat husband does the elliptical at the gym.

@DianneN - I hear ya Dianne. I used to enjoy jogging but that's no longer an option. So now it bike when I can, elliptical, stationary bike, or walk. I'd say swim but I never learned to swim the right way and at this point I feel too uncoordinated to learn. But I do walk "laps" in the pool.
