Another workout in the books

I just got back from a back workout. It's been a couple days since my last workout so I really felt rested and ready to go. But I have to hold myself back a little bit or I'll end up so sore I can workout for a couple days.
My normal cycle is chest, back, arms, legs, and then a day full of cardio.
Care to share your workout tips?

@DianneN - I hear ya Dianne.
I used to enjoy jogging but that's no longer an option. So now it bike when I can, elliptical, stationary bike, or walk. I'd say swim but I never learned to swim the right way and at this point I feel too uncoordinated to learn. But I do walk "laps" in the pool.
