When anxiety comes, invisible Fingers squeeze in my chest, and Thoughts in my head become fog. Then, Lord, I Turn to You, And then I know the peace I Need will come. © Stacey Uffelman 2-24-19

Having bi polar i have up and down days i can always count on God to get me thru the worst.. It takes lots of prayers and knowing in my heart i will be ok ..and That he loves me .. No matter what

I'm so glad that my little scribbles do some good. I have an anxiety disorder myself, and without Him I know I would not have made it this far.
