I hate stomach cramps, they suck. Of course I can easy help less the pain by working out or waking that does help a little for a while. Hot bath, low pain relieve, heat pad or something in the spot. For know I’ll just what it out till it’s all over in a day or so. Life as a female.

Are we talking about those type of cramps? Raspberry Leaf Tea. It tones the uterus and will eventually help with cramping. Sometimes that's the only thing that seems to help. Heating pads don't help much, though a hot shower usually does.

Oh yes those cramps! The cramps thst all women hate! Ugh just shoot sleeping stuff for a day maybe two . I was fine up to a little bit ago because I been active all day so thst easy the notices till kids got home and we have to sit and do homework: Heat works for me. Thank goodness they are nto as bad as they where when j was teen. I’d be gone for 3 days just from pain. I can take a normal pain reliever a little nap and wait it out. It tends to move quick. It always bothers me atthe start. I’ll sit in the hot tub for a good few minutes and then I feel okay to sleep.

@ShyBear88 Oh yes, when I was a teen they were beyond horrendous. I mean I'd be crying on the bathroom floor curled in the fetal position. I was prescribed Naproxen Sodium for awhile and that helped. Eventually I learned for myself what works, I hardly ever get bad cramps anymore, thankfully.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I still get mine real bad just not as intense since having kids. Normal thr first day it’s bad. If I’m active or sleeping the next day is like nothing. I just feel sick and icky.

Lucky! Mine didn’t stop they got less painful but they are still hurt. I can do certain things to make myself more comfortable till they pass they usually only last one day but some times two.

I really don't like those cramps. Ugh. Sadly, something I have to deal with for a few more years.

@ShyBear88 I'm 30 too, and like you, I do have a good 20 years to deal with them.

The cramps are gone thankfully. My cycle isn't on now. I certainly don't enjoy cramping.

I don’t think anyone enjoys them. Day 2 some light cramps now. Sleep helps a lot.

I'm so glad mine were never that bad. But also that I don't have them now, on top of all my other stomach pains. Hope your pains ease soon.

Lol... I bet you don’t miss them. I’m don’t with baby making but haven gotten to the point where it’s an optional for me to have surgery for fixing it. My mother in law had hers a few months back.
