An elderly man who is in his 80ish years of age reported to the Cape Coral Police that his bicycle that he uses to travel from his home to the local Winn Dixie supermarket was stolen.
Robert reported the robbery to the Cape Coral Police about the robbery of his only way of getting around town.
Police officers Ken Cody and Guang Song who took the report of the bike robbery decided to surprise Robert by going to a local Wal Mart and purchasing Robert with a brand new bicycle.
The two police officers brought the new bicycle to Robert's home so they could show him the features of the new bike as well as adjust the seat and give him a new key and lock to prevent any future robberies of his new bike.
That is so kind and sweet of the two Cape Coral police officers to show their concern for a senior citizen who lost his bicycle in a robbery.

It is a shame that the news media does not cover these kind of stories more often outside of the local markets.
