Man bought over $500 worth of Girl Scout cookies ---strange rest of story

Dereick Lee McGowan, who bought over $500 worth of Girl Scout cookies from a group of Girl Scouts stationed outside in an outdoor stall to get them indoors,has been arrested on drug charges.He has been the subject of an ongoing investigation for distributing fentanol.The Girl Scouts had no way of knowing how he got the money.Maybe his buddies had cookies instead of drugs for a change?What do you think of this story?

Yes, he did.I like their cookies,but they're a bit expensive.

It seems he really was concerned about the girls shivering in the cold.I think the cookies are are 5 or 6 dollars a box,so it wouldn't be much more than 100 boxes.
