A stranger pays the bill for a distressed mom who could not pay for her tires

Talk about an act coming from a Good Samaritan that came through when he was needed most at a tire repair shop in Hemet California last week. Alex who is a mom was sad that she could not afford to pay the bill to replace four bald tires on her vehicle since the price is $1,400 dollars. A 70 year old man named Phil who overheard the conversation between Alex and the employees at the repair shop decided to tell Alex he would be able to pay the bill with his own money to her bail her out of a terrible jam of not having a vehicle to drive. Phil simply told Alex as a way to repay him for his favor was to "Pay it forward." to have the field even once again.
