Why online news websites are more successfull?

As I was surfing through the internet this morning I saw a blog that stated online news portals are more successful than any other blog So this made me to ask my self this question why is it so.

@erictsuma Interesting! I'm not sure but as another MyLotter said, people are online a lot these days so maybe that's why.
