We have a few jack fruit trees and one in particular always gets loaded. I see them now and soon they will be ready for harvesting Last year we found someone who wanted the whole lot We kept some for us, and he took the rest after we distributed a few among neighbours. We normally clean a few and keep them in the fridge for use throughout the year. There are many ways in which jack fruit is used in cooking.

Jack fruits are common here, but I don't buy them. Perhaps I am not very interested in this kind of fruit. Sometimes I am a little picky to the food.
