Disclaimer: This is the second dream and relates to the first. I wrote this out for a friend and did not see the need in changing any names used within. It is unedited. I wrote this in a "Raw" format as I was just conveying what it was I had dreamed. This Is Part 2 We were still on the bus, or a bus anyway. I was talking to people, anything to pass this nervous and ill at ease feeling in my stomach. The driver was someone different, and the people around me were different as well. The driver stopped, got out of the bus and instructed us not to leave it, that she had something exciting to show us if we stayed put. I didn't trust her, but not everyone shared my opinion. My eyes made contact with the guy from the last bus trip, he nodded indicating to me he was ready for anything. I was reassured. The bus driver soon came back, a look of glee on her face. "I have something morbid to show you!" she exclaimed. Everyone was a bit hesitant but quickly filed out, I was amongst the last, having to be coaxed by the man I had made eye contact with earlier. "We have to do this." he says, and he was right. We walked a good 20 yards before we turned onto an open field. In the distance I could see a small lake. Beyond that I saw what appeared to be some sort of picnic area, though we were too far to really make it out. We got closer to the lake and that's when I saw it. A woman's body, turned on her side facing away from us. Her head was supported by an outstretched arm, one leg was crossed over the other. She had been posed that way. Everyone gasped as the bus driver got closer to the body, a stick in hand. The picnic area I had seen before was closer, but still a distance off. I could make out some sort of signage though, and I hoped there was a phone number posted that we could call. This body needed to be reported. I stated as much to the bus driver, the stick in her hand mere inches away from the poor woman's body. She shrugged but followed my lead. The group of us made our way towards the structure, myself leading while my ally took up the back. I walked several paces ahead of the others and soon realized that the picnic area was more than just a set of tables with a shelter over them. It also appeared to be some sort of vendor area. I could hear the sound of fryers, coffee machines, and the distinctive beep of a microwave. There were several people around and I began to feel uneasy. Any of these people could be the reason that poor woman is lying dead there. I backed away before anyone saw me and quickly retraced my steps. My friend at the back of the group was waving me towards him. The rest of the people were huddled together, making their way around the lake again. That's when I noticed, our driver was in the lake swimming. "That's strange, don't you think?" I pointed towards the careless woman, enjoying herself only a few feet away from the corpse. "Yeah, that's why I called you over. She clearly didn't commit the murder as she was with us, but how did she know that a body was here? It would not have been visible from the road. (That's when I woke up)

I love how you remember your dreams so vividly. Although, I suppose that if I ever bothered to write mine down almost immediately, it would be the same. I dreamt an entire end of the world film one night last week. It was amazing and I woke up thinking what a blockbuster it would be. But that's now all that's left of the dream. *sigh* Brains are fabulous.

I am glad you were able to take the whole "end of the world" cinematic that played in your head so well. I usually am a mess upon waking from those. I don't always recall them so vividly. Take last night's for instance, I only woke a half hour ago and all I can recall is that my hair became knotted and that an old friend stole my potential date. He was a handsome man in uniform, I wasn't amused with her.

@ScribbledAdNauseum At least it was an old friend. A current friend may have wondered why you were a little frosty with her, on the occasion that you mixed up your dreams with your reality. :)

@Poppylicious Very true. I am still in contact with this "old friend" but only so much as to say "we should get together" though neither of us truly mean it.
