Psychologists & Psychiatrists: Do you trust them?

A lot of people don't assume (either out of prejudice or weakness, for example, but their help is much needed (sooner or later) for all of us. If you've been there are any of them, do you think they keep yours problems / secrets only to themselves? This is a controversial subject that many people question because involves the professional ethics of the patient, in the face of the problems / secrets patients confide in the psychologists / psychiatrists's office.

I haven't seen a psychologist before. I think they are professional doctors and I assume that they are trustworthy.
