Well, I posted the other night about trying to cook artichokes, and they turned out okay. 
I haven't had artichokes in quite a while, and I don't remember quite how they were when Mom did them.
Anyway, they were edible, and I had one for dinner the other night. It was pretty good.
I usually just have them with mayonnaise, as that's what we always had when Mom cooked them.

Yup, and there were four artichokes in the package, so I have four meals' worth !
