My Health Journey (Catch up!)

I've been falling a bit behind on posting on here lately since I started my new job. I haven't been eating too bad lately. Haven't been for a run since last time yet though. 07/03/19 Breakfast- Nutella pancake Lunch- Cheese and Tomato Toastie Dinner- Veggie buffet (Baked vegetables, mushroom stir fry, steamed broccoli, potatoes, buckwheat veggie patty, bell peppers, olives, kimchi) Snack- Grapes and a couple squares of chocolate 08/03/19 Breakfast- Scrambled eggs on toast with tomato Lunch- Vegetable risotto Snack- Chocolate biscuit Dinner- Pasta with pesto and vegetables I just can't stay away from that veggie buffet restaurant!! It's so good. How's it going?

Veggies are good for our health and it’s good that you eat a large portion of it.

What you have for breakfast would be lunch for me. If I had to eat this in the morning, I'd probably puke.
